Enterprise Account Executive Locations: New York, NY • Chicago, IL • San Francisco, CA Work Model: On-site Travel: 40% annually for client visits, prospecting, and trade shows About the Role We are seeking high-performing Enterprise and Senior Account Executives to join a fast-growing workforce platform focused on connecting businesses with light industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and retail/transportation talent. The ideal candidate has deep experience in go-to-market enterprise sales and a proven ability to close multiple deals annually. These roles require building long-term relationships, executing land-and-expand strategies through MSAs and RFPs, and partnering with clients to drive value and usage-based growth. Key Responsibilities: • Drive new business acquisition (hunter) and expansion in assigned territories., • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle independently from prospecting to contract negotiation., • Develop and execute account strategies, including mutual action plans with enterprise clients., • Collaborate closely with leadership and Director-level peers to scale team success., • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events., • Achieve quarterly revenue targets (consumption-based revenue model). Candidate Profile: • 3 - 8 year experience, • 6 - 12 month enterprise sales cycles, $200K+ deal size, 7+ deals annually., • Experience in light industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or gig/staffing industries (agency experience is not preferred)., • Track record of driving enterprise logo growth and contributing to scalable sales initiatives., • Strong consultative selling skills with executives and decision-makers., • 2 stable roles in the past 5 years preferred; no short tenures.
