Operations • Must participate in mandatory annual compliance training, staff development and educational training within the branch as assigned by Regional Branch Sales Manager or Assistant Branch Sales Manager., • Ensures that all Human Resource related documentation is completed and forwarded to the Human Resource Office in a timely manner., • Required to open branch 5 minutes early and close the branch 5 minutes late, to include drive-thru facilities as needed, to ensure highest level of accessibility for customers., • Ensures that all daily activities are completed in accordance with the requirements of all internal controls as established by Bank policy., • May work as customer service specialist when requested by management., • Interviews consumer loan applicants, gathers required information for credit applications, and explains loan options, rates, terms and all collateral requirements to Lake Shore Bank customers. Will qualify loans and provide documentation for proper underwriting by running credit reports, analyzing information provided, verifying information with creditors, the applicants and the applicants employer when required. Will request and follow up on additional information required., • Cross sells Lake Shore Bank products to customers via lobby customers, telephone inquiries and potential customers outside of work hours ensuring proper fit of our banking services to match the need of the customer., • Assists in the development of mortgage customers, to include frequent visits to the local realtors to promote mortgage products and ultimately enhance the branch mortgage portfolio., • May be required to travel to other branch locations in order to provide staffing efficiency., • Maintains inside and outside appearance of the branch to highest levels of cleanliness, • Maintains a professional image at all times while representing the Bank, by maintaining proper personal hygiene and appropriate business attire., • Must represent the Bank in a positive manner at all times by providing customers with exceptional customer service., • Refers appropriate candidates for employment opportunities with Lake Shore Bank., • Any other duties that may be assigned.
