POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Manager, Practice Integration – Ocular Biologics plays a critical role in supporting the successful adoption and integration of Cellution Biologics’ regenerative ocular technologies within ophthalmology and optometry practices. This role partners closely with regional sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to identify key customer accounts and implement practice optimization initiatives that enable efficient clinical integration of ocular biologic therapies. The Regional Practice Integration Manager serves as a clinical workflow and practice optimization expert, working directly with physician practices to develop and implement protocols that enhance patient care, streamline practice operations, and support the effective use of regenerative ocular biologics. A key focus of this role is supporting ophthalmic practices in optimizing ocular surface health, managing dry eye disease, and implementing perioperative protocols that improve surgical outcomes, particularly in preparation for procedures such as cataract surgery and other anterior segment interventions. This position requires deep engagement across all functions within a clinical practice, including front desk personnel, billing and coding teams, technicians, optometrists,ophthalmologists, and practice administrators. The Regional Practice Integration Manager acts as a trusted advisor and consultant, helping practices implement best practices that improve workflow efficiency, patient outcomes, and clinical adoption of new technologies. In addition to direct customer engagement, the role supports the field sales organization by educating and training sales representatives on practice integration protocols and workflow strategies that enhance customer value. The individual must demonstrate strong clinical and operational knowledge of ophthalmic and optometric practices and possess the ability to consult, educate, and influence stakeholders at every level of a healthcare organization. This role requires a highly collaborative professional who can work cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, sales training, reimbursement, and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to support commercial execution and ensure successful practice integration across the region. This role directly supports regional revenue growth by accelerating clinical adoption and practice integration of Cellution Biologics’ ocular biologic technologies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (1) Practice Integration & Workflow Optimization ● Collaborate with regional sales and marketing leadership to identify strategic customer accounts that would benefit from practice optimization initiatives. ● Partner directly with ophthalmology and optometry practices to assess clinicalworkflows, identify operational opportunities, and implement protocols that improve efficiency and patient outcomes. ● Support the development and implementation of practice protocols focused on dry eye disease management, ocular surface optimization, and perioperative preparation for cataract surgery and other ophthalmic procedures. ● Evaluate practice operations and recommend workflow improvements that support efficient patient flow, optimized diagnostics, and improved treatment pathways. ● Assist practices in integrating new clinical technologies and biologic therapies into existing practice protocols and care pathways. (2) Clinical Education & Stakeholder Engagement ● Engage with all levels of clinical practice staff including front desk teams, technicians, billing and coding personnel, practice administrators, optometrists, and ophthalmologists. ● Serve as a subject matter expert in ocular surface optimization, dry eye disease management, and clinical workflow integration within ophthalmology and optometry practices. Provide consultative guidance that helps physicians and clinical staff adopt evidence-based protocols that support improved surgical readiness and patient outcomes. ● Influence key stakeholders across clinical and administrative functions to drive adoption of new processes and protocols. ● Build strong relationships with physicians, practice leaders, and staff to establish Cellution Biologics as a trusted partner in practice optimization. (3) Sales Team Support & Training ● Support the field sales organization by educating and training sales representatives on practice integration protocols, workflow strategies, and clinical adoption pathways. ● Collaborate with sales leadership and sales training teams to develop educational materials and best practices that support effective customer engagement. ● Provide field-based support for complex customer engagements where workflow optimization and protocol implementation are required. ● Assist sales representatives in positioning Cellution Biologics solutions within the broader context of clinical practice improvement and patient outcomes. (4) Cross-Functional Collaboration ● Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales training, reimbursement specialists, and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to ensure alignment on practice integration initiatives. ● Provide feedback from the field regarding customer needs, workflow challenges, and emerging clinical trends to help inform commercial and product strategies. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tools, educational materials, and training programs that support clinical adoption and practice integration. ● Stay current on industry developments, clinical research, and evolving best practices related to ocular surface disease, dry eye management, and ophthalmic surgical preparation. (5) Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement ● Track and report on key metrics related to practice optimization initiatives, workflow improvements, and clinical adoption. ● Analyze practice integration outcomes and recommend adjustments to protocols and strategies to improve effectiveness. ● Support continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen Cellution Biologics’ ability to deliver value to ophthalmology and optometry practices. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: ● Minimum 5 years of experience working in a clinical or practice environment within ophthalmology or optometry. ● Strong understanding of clinical workflows within ophthalmology and optometric practices. ● Demonstrated experience implementing clinical protocols, workflow improvements, or practice optimization initiatives. ● Experience supporting physicians and healthcare practices in adopting new technologies or treatment protocols preferred. ● Strong knowledge of dry eye disease management, ocular surface optimization, and cataract surgery preparation preferred. ● Experience working collaboratively with sales and commercial teams within the healthcare or medical device industry, nice to have. ● Willingness and ability to travel to customer practices as needed.
