Training Program Development • Partner with WDC leadership to identify training requirements and create standardized training materials for operations, safety, and compliance programs., • Lead new employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring all associates are trained on company policies, procedures, and safety expectations., • Develop and deliver engaging training programs (in-person and digital) tailored to WDC roles and departments., • Implement objective measures to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on feedback and outcomes., • Stay current with evolving training methodologies, e-learning tools, and safety regulations to ensure programs remain effective and compliant., • Work collaboratively with Tellworks network leadership to ensure consistency and scalability of training programs across locations. Culture & Continuous Improvement • Foster a culture of safety awareness, accountability, and continuous learning throughout the WDC., • Collaborate with operations, HR, WDC leadership, and Tellworks network leadership to integrate safety and training objectives into performance goals., • Recommend and implement process improvements based on data analysis and performance trends. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)., • Proven experience (5+ years preferred) managing safety and training programs within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments., • Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and related regulatory frameworks., • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing training programs and fostering a positive safety culture., • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across all levels., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning tools preferred., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
