This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our billing and financial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting systems, billing functions, and financial analysis. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage billing operations to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing., • Utilize accounting software systems such as Aderant, Costpoint, and About Time to process and analyze financial data., • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in billing or accounts receivable., • Perform audits to verify the accuracy of billing and financial records., • Generate detailed reports related to billing functions and present findings to management., • Maintain and update client information in CRM systems to ensure data integrity., • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances., • Implement best practices to streamline billing processes and enhance efficiency., • Provide support for financial services, including ADP-related tasks and other accounting functions., • Use Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for financial analysis.• Proven experience with accounting software systems, including Aderant, Costpoint, and About Time., • Strong understanding of billing and accounts receivable processes., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis., • Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate client data., • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail., • Effective communication and collaboration abilities., • Ability to conduct audits and resolve discrepancies efficiently., • Knowledge of financial services and general accounting functions.

Qualifications • Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders., • Exhibit empathy and active listening to foster collaboration and drive alignment., • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize business systems., • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather diverse input and achieve consensus on system improvements., • Clearly communicate complex system and process concepts in both written and verbal formats., • Translate technical ideas into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders., • Analyze intricate processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions., • Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to optimize workflows., • Conduct requirements analysis and solution design to align systems with business objectives., • Identify root causes of operational challenges and develop innovative solutions., • Improve efficiency and streamline workflows using business process analysis and redesign., • Adjust strategies and system designs to accommodate changing business needs., • Make informed decisions in dynamic and evolving environments., • Proficiency in Visio or similar software to create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams., • Familiarity with Excel (advanced functions) and Power BI for data visualization, • Ability to design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using advanced analytical methods., • Expertise in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for technical workflows, including standard work. Education • Master of Science required in Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering, or Business, • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ, IASSC, or an accredited university. Experience (5-7 years minimum in one or more of the following): • Lean Six Sigma Methodologies, including DMAIC, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis., • Workflow Design and Optimization for business process efficiency., • Implementation of business process mapping tools and process improvement strategies.
