Job DescriptionDescription: A newly opened restaurant in North Tonawanda is seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our growing Front of House team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner., • Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining an organized waiting list., • Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests., • Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable., • Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries., • Maintain a clean and organized host stand area., • Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations., • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues., • Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed., • Handle and coordinate to go orders for customers. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment., • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities., • Friendly and outgoing personality., • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members., • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required., • Must be at least 18 years old Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand for long periods of time., • Able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
