Responsibilities • Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism., • Manage reservations and waitlists using our seating system., • Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth guest flow., • Keep the host stand and entry area clean, organized, and welcoming., • Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and assist with guest inquiries., • Support the front-of-house team during busy shifts as needed. Qualifications • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but were happy to train the right candidate., • Strong communication and multitasking skills., • Friendly, professional attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality., • Dependable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented mindset., • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
