Job Description We are seeking an experienced Application Systems Engineer with strong hands-on expertise supporting IBM TRIRIGA and the Maximo Real Estate & Facilities (MREF) module. This role is critical to sustaining operations, configuring systems, validating data, and supporting users during the migration of NASA’s MSFC and HQ TRIRIGA environments to the Office of Strategic Infrastructure’s (OSI) MREF module within the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). The selected candidate will ensure operational continuity, system stability, and consistent user support throughout dual-environment operations and following full MREF deployment. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Key Responsibilities • Provide full sustainment, configuration management, issue resolution, and operational support for MSFC and HQ TRIRIGA environments through migration, cutover, and MREF acceptance, • Support parallel operations between TRIRIGA and OSI MAS during transition phases, • Ensure stable system performance and uninterrupted service throughout the migration lifecycle, • Monitor system performance and escalate infrastructure or integration issues as needed, • Validate accuracy and completeness of standard and custom reports post-migration, • Administer MREF applications supporting operational needs such as Construction of Facilities (CoF) and Facility Condition Assessment (FCA), • Perform system configuration, workflow updates, role-based access control, and approved enhancements, • Execute migration-related configuration tasks including data validation and system alignment, • Provide ongoing sustainment, operations, and maintenance (O&M) support across TRIRIGA and MAS environments, • Track software license utilization and assist with renewals and documentation, • Test system changes and support patching, upgrades, and feature deployments across all environments (dev/test/stage/prod), • Maintain and enhance reporting capabilities to support operational and compliance needs, • Develop training materials and conduct user training as required, • Document system configurations, workflows, procedures, and technical processes for audit readiness, • Provide end-user support for application functionality, workflows, and data usage, • Troubleshoot issues across application, server, database, and integration layers, • Validate successful execution of maintenance activities impacting system performanceBasic Qualifications, • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Facility/Asset Management, or related field, • Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering or enterprise application support (TRIRIGA, MREF, or Maximo/MAS), • Strong hands-on experience administering TRIRIGA, MREF, or Maximo/MAS, including configuration and workflow management, • Experience supporting multi-environment architectures (development, test, staging, production), • Proficiency in diagnosing application, database, and integration issues, • Experience validating data integrity and supporting reporting enhancements, • Experience supporting system upgrades, patches, and change deployments, • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication skills with ability to support end users and collaborate across teams, • High attention to detail and commitment to operational reliabilityPreferred Qualifications, • Experience with TRIRIGA-to-MREF migrations or IBM MAS MREF implementations, • Familiarity with NASA facilities operations (CoF, FCA workflows), • Experience with SQL and reporting tools such as Cognos, BIRT, or Power BI, • Experience supporting large-scale federal facilities, asset, or real estate management programs, • Knowledge of federal cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA)Additional Requirements, • Must be located within 50 miles of a NASA CenterClearance Requirement, • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
