Job Opportunity and Responsibilities: Stable Rock is seeking a Senior Manager, Middle Office & Operational Support, to oversee middle office service delivery across multiple client relationships and provide senior operational oversight within the Investment Management practice. Senior Managers ensure operational processes are executed consistently while guiding workflow design, reconciliation frameworks, and operational reporting structures across engagements. This role works closely with client operations leadership and internal teams to support scalable operational infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee operational workflows across multiple client portfolios and strategies., • Review complex reconciliation discrepancies across trades, positions, cash balances, and market values., • Lead review of administrator NAV packages and shadow reconciliation processes., • Oversee operational inputs supporting investor reporting and portfolio analytics., • Guide resolution of complex operational breaks with prime brokers, custodians, and administrators., • Supervise Managers and operational staff responsible for daily workflow execution., • Develop scalable reconciliation processes and operational reporting frameworks., • Support operational infrastructure development for fund launches and portfolio transitions., • Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required., • Experience: 6+ years of experience in hedge fund operations, fund administration, or investment management operations., • Skills:, • Deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle and operational workflows., • Experience managing multiple operational teams or engagements., • Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills., • Ability to guide operational infrastructure improvements., • Software and Technology: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Compensation Highly competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $145,000, based on experience and location, with eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.
