Compensation: $200K-$300K per year Job Type: Part time or Full time. Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, No call. A well-established, physician-led group with locations throughout Long Island, is currently seeking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner. This practice has built a stellar reputation for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration. 100% outpatient. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care., • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management., • Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed., • Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies., • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system., • Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care., • Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice., • Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines., • Participate in population health initiatives and support ongoing quality improvement projects., • Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives. Qualifications • BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school, • NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified, • Trained in Internal Medicine, • Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care., • Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus., • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
