Description StructuralProgram Coordinator NP/PA, Full Time, Poughkeepsie, New York (75 minutes from NYC) The Heart Center is seeking a Full-Time board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join its established and growing Cardiology Practice (Hudson Valley Cardiovascular Practice, PC). This is bothinpatientand outpatient care positionis basedat Vassar Brothers Medical Center. The Structural program CoordinatorNP coordinates all services/systemsrequiredfor an organized multi-disciplinary team approach to the evaluation treatment and follow-up of the patient needing structural heart procedures including TAVR Watchman Mitra Clip and other exciting new procedures.
