About The Role • Performs echocardiograms and exercise stress echocardiograms of a non-invasive nature in accordance with established practices and procedures, • Provides expert assessment, evaluation and prepares preliminary interpretation and documentation for cardiologist’s review, • Applies knowledge of anatomy, physiology, positioning and imaging techniques to optimize the quality of ultrasound images, • Works collaboratively with the clinical team to promote wellness and optimize patient outcomes and quality care, • Assists in the proper functioning of the cardiovascular lab including, but not limited to, maintaining clean equipment and re-stocking the lab with supplies, as necessary, • This role will be performed independently with minimal supervision, • Requires troubleshooting technology issues that arise as needed, • Perform vital sign monitoring and assessment, • Maintains daily log of patient procedures, • Performs variety of ad-hoc duties as necessary, • Experienced with Phillips Ultrasound machines is a plus but not required Compensation: $60-80/hr based on years of experience Requirements • Associate degree or Higher level, • Technical Diploma Graduate of an accredited two year ultrasound program required, • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer RDCS (OR) Registered Cardiac Sonographer RCS required, • 5+ years in a cardiovascular ultrasound role in a Hospital or Office, • Strong communication (both written and oral), problem solving, and customer service skills. The Manager of Data & Analytics, Donor Services is responsible for the day-to-day management, accuracy, and usability of donor and fundraising data across all development activities. This role directly oversees gift processing and data entry operations, ensures high standards of data quality and timeliness, and produces reliable reporting and analysis to support fundraising strategy, financial reconciliation, and leadership decision-making. What you’ll do in your role: Gift Processing & Data Integrity • Lead and supervise all gift processing and data entry functions, including staff oversight, training, and performance management., • Ensure accurate and timely recording of gifts, pledges, and adjustments in Salesforce across all fundraising channels., • Establish and maintain data quality standards, validation procedures, and quality assurance checks., • Conduct routine audits to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement., • Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards to track fundraising performance, donor engagement, and campaign results., • Analyze donor behavior, pipeline activity, and revenue trends to generate actionable insights., • Provide data insights, prospect lists, and analysis to support donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies., • Partner with the CRM Specialist to ensure Salesforce configurations, integrations, and workflows support accurate processing and reporting., • Document and continuously improve data management and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and usability., • Serve as the internal subject matter expert on fundraising data, reporting tools, and analytics., • Opportunity for Impact: At CFBNJ, your work drives meaningful changes.
