This role is perfect for someone who wants to build technical skills, work independently, travel, and become an expert in windows and doors. What You’ll Do • Perform warranty and non‐warranty service on residential and light‐commercial windows and doors, • Adjust components, replace parts/glass, perform water tests, take measurements, and document all completed work, • Travel to customer homes and job sites across the Midwest (NE, IA, KS, MO, MN, WI, SD, ND), • Learn product lines from our manufacturers to identify and order parts, • Climb ladders up to 30 feet, work off scaffolding when necessary, and lift 50+ lbs, • Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and manufacturers, • Provide accurate written service reports and use our software to track parts and jobs, • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times What We Provide • Fully equipped company vehicle, • Specialty tools provided, • Tablet & field software, • Company apparel, • On‐the‐job training, • Paid time off, • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Requirements • Must be comfortable traveling overnight 5–10 nights per month (expenses covered), • Ability to read a tape measure and work off ladders, • Prior customer service experience (minimum 1 year), • Prior window/glass experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right candidate, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, • Must pass a background check/drug test, • Proficient with basic hand tools (tape measure, level, drills, saws, etc.), • Self‐motivated, team‐oriented, and eager to learn, • Clean and professional appearance, • Strong communication and customer service skills IMPORTANT This position requires: ✔ Reading a tape measure ✔ Working off ladders ✔ Overnight travel as needed If you cannot meet these requirements, please do not apply.
