    Position Summary We are looking for an experienced PM Cook / Wok Cook to prepare food, run the kitchen line, and support closing operations. The ideal candidate has strong wok experience and is reliable, fast, clean, and comfortable working in a busy fast-casual restaurant. Responsibilities · Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes, portions, and quality standards. · Cook proteins, vegetables, noodles, and sauces using wok techniques as needed. · Set up and maintain the PM line with proper mise en place, labeling, and restocking. · Maintain food safety, sanitation, temperature, and storage standards. · Complete closing duties, including breakdown, cleaning, labeling, and end-of-shift restock. · Communicate low stock, quality issues, or equipment problems to the manager. · Support teammates with prep, packing, dishwashing, cleaning, and other tasks as needed. Qualifications · 1-2 years of kitchen, line cook, prep cook, or fast-casual restaurant experience required. · Wok cooking experience required; Asian cuisine experience preferred. · Must be available Saturday and Sunday nights, plus 2-3 weekday nights. · Reliable, responsible, punctual, and comfortable working PM/closing shifts. · Able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and food quality. · Hands-on team player willing to support other stations when needed. · NYC Food Protection Certificate is a plus, but not required.
