We’re now building a sales department from the ground up — and we’re looking for a Sales Director ready to make their mark. Position Summary The Sales Director will be the architect and leader of CL Visual’s sales function. This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created role where you will: • Learn the vehicle wrap industry inside and out., • Build the sales infrastructure from scratch — processes, SOPs, workflows, and CRM systems., • Research, select, and implement the CRM that will drive the department’s success., • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting both existing and new markets., • Forge strategic partnerships and identify new sales channels., • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team., • Drive measurable revenue growth while positioning CL Visual as the premier choice for fleet branding nationwide. This is both a hands-on selling role and a strategic leadership position. You will work in a hybrid environment — splitting time between on-site at our Copiague, NY headquarters, remote work, and local travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with growth objectives., • Create SOPs, workflows, and lead generation strategies that can scale., • Identify and prioritize target industries, verticals, and geographic markets., • Determine and launch new sales channels to expand reach and revenue streams., • Research, select, and implement a CRM system; establish performance metrics and reporting structures for sales activity and pipeline health.Business Development, • Personally manage high-value opportunities and strategic accounts., • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across diverse industries., • Identify and attend targeted industry events, networking groups, and trade shows., • Develop partnerships, reseller agreements, and other revenue-driving relationships.Team Building & Management, • Recruit, hire, and onboard sales representatives., • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance reviews., • Foster a competitive, results-oriented, and collaborative sales culture., • Ensure full adoption of sales processes and CRM best practices.Sales Execution & Optimization, • Launch targeted campaigns into both existing and new markets., • Implement drip campaigns and follow-up processes for inactive or “ghosted” leads., • Analyze marketing and campaign performance data to optimize spend and ROI., • Track and manage pipeline metrics, including lead stages, conversion rates, and average days in each stage.Qualifications, • 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, preferably in industries with long sales cycles., • Proven ability to build and scale a sales function., • Experience selecting and implementing CRM systems., • Strong track record in strategic partnerships and business development., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities., • Self-starter with a history of meeting and exceeding revenue goals., • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and events.Compensation & Benefits Compensation • Base Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 annually, based on experience., • Performance-based commission/bonus structure with uncapped earning potential., • Realistic commission range: $40,000 – $70,000+ annually., • Target total compensation (base + commission): $130,000 – $185,000+ for meeting or exceeding goals.Benefits, • Weekly Pay — Get paid every week, reliably and on time., • 401(k) with Company Match — We help you invest in your future with a competitive match., • Medical, Vision & Dental Coverage from Day One — No waiting period — your health matters immediately., • Paid Holidays, Vacation & Sick Time — Time to rest, recharge, and take care of life when you need it., • Company-Paid Life Insurance — Added peace of mind for you and your loved ones., • Volunteer Time Off & Your Birthday Off — Give back to the community and celebrate your special day., • “Summer Fridays” All Year — Enjoy an early start to your weekend every Friday, no matter the season., • Career-defining opportunity to build a sales department from the ground up.
