As a crucial part of our restaurant's operations, you'll play an essential role in creating a seamless dining experience for our guests. Job Responsibilities: • Supporting bartenders in stocking the bar with supplies, restocking glassware, and assisting with drink preparation when needed., • Washing and polishing glassware from bar, main dining room, and patio and restocking to appropriate shelves., • Restocking kegs and to go beer to walk in cooler and front of house merch cooler., • Replacing empty kegs in cooler throughout the shift with new, full ones., • Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction., • Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, and other cleaning tasks as required., • Assisting servers and bartenders by running food and beverages from the kitchen or bar to tables., • Refilling water glasses, resetting utensils, and ensuring tables are ready for the next guests., • Removing used dishware, glassware, and utensils to keep the bar top tidy and uncluttered., • Previous experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not required., • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team., • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment., • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively., • Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
