Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Operations Reporting Analyst. Description: The Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for partnering with Loan Operations management to create and monitor all department reporting needs. These responsibilities include SLA, KPI, exception and SBA related reporting requirements/needs. The Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for oversight and review of the ongoing SBA portfolio including reporting, audit of existing files, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role will also partner with the Special Assets team to assist with liquidation processing on SBA loans. The loan ops reporting analyst provides technical guidance and implements processes for continuous improvement relating to the SBA portfolio, and all other duties as assigned by the Director of Loan Operations. Responsibilities: • Manage macro-level SBA Department Projects including, but not limited to:, • SBA 1502 reporting and transition to automation, • PPP forgiveness and bank-wide support/communication until project is complete, • Build reporting tools for analyzing and managing the existing SBA portfolio as related to risk and quality, • Assist in internal audit of loan files as directed., • Coordinate the liquidation process between the SBA, Special assets team and Lending unit, • Back up and support the loan operations teams, • Notify management of potential risks identified during audit/review/reporting of loans., • Create and distribute department wide reports for review by management team, • Create monthly volumes and SLA reporting for management Education / Experience Preferred: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience., • 5-10 years of working directly with SBA loan programs., • In-depth knowledge of SBA lending practices and requirements as well as the SBA SOP Origination, Servicing, and Liquidation manuals. Pay is dependent on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
