Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities • Prepare and draft sections of the 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings, including financial statements, financial statement footnotes and MD&A, in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations., • Collaborate with other functional groups and obtain the necessary information to draft appropriate descriptions and wording for footnotes and other disclosures in the 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings., • Assist in coordinating with the Company’s external auditors., • Perform ad-hoc analyses and research of accounting literature, as requested by management, including participating as a key contributor on projects to implement new FASB accounting pronouncements and SEC regulations., • Assist with the preparation and coordination of periodic financial reports, monthly management reports, and ad hoc reports for internal purposes and debt compliance., • Assist with compliance of Sarbanes-Oxley for all financial reporting controls., • Perform other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience • Bachelor’s degree in accounting., • 3-5 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting., • Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team., • Experience with GAAP and SEC related research and application of pronouncements and regulations a plus. Key Responsibilities: IT Expense & Invoice Management • Prepare a monthly IT expense status report using internal systems and trackers, presenting trend and fluctuation analysis to team management, • Validate and submit incoming invoices for the team's allocated IT and project expenses, and present monthly invoice status reports to team management, • Generate monthly system usage and Voice of Customer (VOC) reports for executive review by analyzing North America system environments and resource allocation to identify cost reduction opportunities N-IRP (Next IT Resource Planning) & Work Order / RMS Management • Manage Work Order and contract data in the internal Resource Management System (RMS), updating fields and aligning with users to track IT and Non-IT outsourcing expenses, • Maintain the Work Order monthly report by analyzing IT expenses and resource profiles, giving management visibility to plan annual IT and Non-IT outsourcing contracts under N-IRP, • Facilitate the approval and signature process with business and internal stakeholders, ensuring all contract information is properly preserved in the system Business & Data Analysis / Reporting • Evaluate business needs and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project proposals and evaluations, • Develop processes to efficiently manage, monitor, and track project deliverables, performing data analysis independently or with cross-functional teams, • Prepare materials in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentations within and outside the PI team Broader PI Project & Stakeholder Support • Support company-wide system implementation and process improvement projects by evaluating current workflows and executing improvement strategies, • Manage relationships and expectations of internal and external stakeholders on assigned projects, • Provide ad-hoc support across other PI team projects, leveraging seniority to take on responsibilities beyond IT expense and N-IRP ownership alone, • PI's scope of services to the company is not limited, in its ongoing effort to implement best-in-class systems and processes Qualifications • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Finance, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred, • Approximately 4-5 years of experience in business management support, IT expense/vendor management, resource or contract management, data analysis/reporting, or project management, • Experience managing Work Order, RMS, or similar resource/contract management systems strongly preferred, • Bilingual Required: English/Korean, • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and exercises sound judgment while leading multiple projects at once, • Skilled in project and program management, with experience initiating activities, setting priorities, and delivering on-time results across competing demands, • Strategic thinker who transforms goals into actionable, end-to-end plans, and quickly learns new topics, businesses, and processes through independent research and SME interviews, • Works effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams, leading subject matter experts to meet deliverables and milestones within established deadlines, • Builds strong, collaborative relationships across the work group, other company functions, and external organizations, with a proven ability to influence others and drive meaningful change, • Excellent written, verbal, and public-speaking skills, able to communicate project objectives and outcomes — particularly around sales, operations, logistics, systems, and financial functions — to all levels of the organization, • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytically strong, with a genuine eagerness to learn, grow, take on new challenges, and help others do the same, • Experienced working with or implementing best-in-class systems and processes, • Willing to work 5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Job Description Summary The Senior Credit Analyst plays a critical role in the financial and risk assessment of customer credit applications and ongoing customer relationships. This role communicates regularly with the business and customers to ensure accurate account statements and timely collections of amounts due to the Company. Additionally, the Senior Credit Analyst works with less experienced Credit Analysts to ensure positive performance for the Credit and Collections team. Essential Functions Credit Risk Assessment & Underwriting • Conduct thorough credit underwriting for new and existing customers by evaluating credit information from banks, trade creditors, and credit reports to ensure appropriate credit limits., • Analyze financial data and creditworthiness to support informed credit decisions. Collections & Account Management • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure accounts receivable remains current., • Address any past-due amounts promptly, working with customers to achieve quick resolution., • Process, follow up, and resolve inbound collection and customer service telephone inquiries in a timely manner., • Maintain comprehensive tracking and documentation of all customer interactions. Delinquency Resolution & Escalation • Act decisively by making timely recommendations to the Manager of Credit & Collections., • Propose efficient and effective corrective actions to resolve delinquency, bring accounts up to date, or take necessary steps to ensure satisfactory resolution. Lien Rights & Compliance • Monitor lien rights and provide necessary reporting to the business regarding past-due amounts with expiring lien rights., • Process lien releases as needed to maintain compliance. Collaboration & Relationship Management • Work in a team-oriented environment that requires communicating positively and professionally with fellow employees, customers, and vendors., • Establish and maintain positive working relationships., • Support and mentor less experienced Credit Analysts to drive team performance. Education & Experience Required • 5+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar financial analysis role., • Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, credit risk assessment, and credit underwriting principles. Preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
