Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other café beverages according to recipes and standards., • Operate espresso machines, blenders, grinders, and other café equipment safely., • Take and process customer orders in coordination with the cashier., • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including the coffee bar and preparation areas., • Restock ingredients, supplies, and display items as needed., • Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all drinks served., • Provide friendly, attentive service and respond to customer inquiries., • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times., • Support other café operations when necessary (packaging, serving light food items, cleaning tables)., • High school graduate or equivalent; vocational training in food & beverage is a plus., • Previous experience as a barista or in a café/restaurant setting preferred (but not required; training provided)., • Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café equipment is an advantage., • Strong communication and customer service skills., • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Flexible schedule; must be willing to work weekends and holidays., • Standing for extended periods of time., • Fast-paced, customer-focused café environment.
