You're out in the field every day meeting new prospects, deepening relationships with existing customers, and making sure that when something goes wrong in your territory, PIRTEK is the first call they make. Curiosity and growth are core to who we are. The Role Hunter, Farmer, Brand Ambassador This isn't a one-dimensional sales job. You'll be doing three things at once and doing all three well is what separates good reps from great ones. Hunter Build the customer base: You'll be prospecting daily cold calls, in-person visits, referrals, leads. The Central Valley is full of potential customers who don't know PIRTEK yet. That changes because of you. Farmer Grow what's already there: Existing customers are an untapped goldmine. You'll maintain those relationships, uncover new needs, introduce additional service lines, and make sure PIRTEK stays top of mind not just when something breaks. Brand Ambassador Make PIRTEK visible: In a market we're growing, visibility matters. You'll attend trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings proudly representing PIRTEK and building a reputation that opens doors before you even knock. What You'll Be Doing • Conduct daily outreach in-person visits, phone calls, and emails to generate new business and advance existing opportunities, • Develop and execute a Territory Sales Plan that maps your market and tracks your progress, • Identify customer needs and proactively introduce relevant PIRTEK service offerings to grow account value, • Maintain consistent contact with existing accounts to grow wallet share and surface new needs, • Follow up on completed service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage Google reviews, • Attend local trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings to build brand presence, • Document all sales activity accurately in our CRM contacts, visits, outcomes, pipeline, • Collaborate with the shop team and field technicians to deliver a seamless customer experience, • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals set in partnership with management, • 13+ years of B2B or outside sales experience you know how to open a door and close a deal, • Natural relationship builder people trust you quickly and want to keep doing business with you, • Self-starter who manages their own time, territory, and pipeline without needing to be managed, • Resilient and persistent you handle objections and setbacks without losing momentum, • Clear, confident communicator in person, on the phone, and in writing, • Organized and detail-oriented you keep your CRM clean and your follow-ups tight, • Comfortable working in a variety of environments offices, job sites, farms, industrial floors, • High school diploma or GED, • 13+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, • Ability to pass a background check, • Based in or willing to commute to the Stockton, CA areaBonus points (not required):, • Experience selling to industrial, construction, agricultural, or fleet-based businesses, • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) You're home every night.
