Job DescriptionBenefits: • Competitive salary, • Opportunity for advancement You will work closely with our Lead Installer and Project Manager to deliver bathroom remodels in well-maintained homes across Essex County and nearby communities. What Youll Be Doing • Assist with project setup, demolition, debris removal, and site protection, • Prep surfaces (cement board install, level prep, waterproof prep), • Assist with tile installation on walls, floors, and shower surrounds, • Install fixtures (vanity, mirrors, shower trim, drain covers, etc.), • Help set pans, shower bases, and substrates, • Assist with minor plumbing disconnects and finishing connections, • Support layout work, measuring, and cutting materials, • Maintain a clean and safe job site daily, • Load and organize tools, materials, and job-site supplies, • Report progress, delays, or issues to the Project Manager, • Interact with homeowners professionally, when neededThis role offers hands-on training to advance into Lead Installer status. What You Need to Bring • 12 years in construction or remodeling OR strong mechanical aptitude, • Some experience with tiling, carpentry, drywall, or similar trade, • Ability to use basic tools: drill, level, saws, cutters, tape measure, • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license, • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (tile boxes, vanities, shower pans), • Attention to detail, willingness to follow direction, • Ability to work efficiently and maintain job-site professionalismBonus Experience (Preferred but Not Required), • Tile installation experience, • Waterproofing systems (Schluter, RedGard, cement board prep), • Basic plumbing (P-traps, shut-offs, drains, trim kits), • Electrical light or fan fixture swaps, • Bathroom fixture installationCandidates with specialty trade skills or experience on full remodels will move up fastest.
