What You Need to Bring • 12 years in construction or remodeling OR strong mechanical aptitude, • Some experience with tiling, carpentry, drywall, or similar trade, • Ability to use basic tools: drill, level, saws, cutters, tape measure, • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license, • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (tile boxes, vanities, shower pans), • Attention to detail, willingness to follow direction, • Ability to work efficiently and maintain job-site professionalismBonus Experience (Preferred but Not Required), • Tile installation experience, • Waterproofing systems (Schluter, RedGard, cement board prep), • Basic plumbing (P-traps, shut-offs, drains, trim kits), • Electrical light or fan fixture swaps, • Bathroom fixture installationCandidates with specialty trade skills or experience on full remodels will move up fastest.
