Job DescriptionCertified Aide Assistants (CNA) Home Health Aide (HHA) assignments may include: • Mouth care, denture care. Grooming - shampoo, dry, and comb hair, shave, ordinary care of nails., • Bathing - bed bath, tub bath, shower., • Bathroom privileges - bedpan, commode, toilet., • Transferring - bed to chair, to wheelchair. Meals - prepare, serve, feed (when applicable) a well-balanced diet., • Dressing and undressing activities., • Self-Administered medications - remind clients to take medications only., • Ambulation activities. Take Vital signs when advised (T.P.R. & B.P.)., • Keep daily records on all cases and report any incidents or changes to the Supervisor.
