Business Consultant (BC) Reports to – Operations Manager Position Summary The Business Consultant (BC) serves as the primary field partner to franchisees, responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, brand compliance, and guest experience across an assigned territory. The BC coaches brand partners and managers to improve results while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
