Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: ASE Certification preferred; Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively; Ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers; Have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented; Be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision; Have the ability to work individually and in a team environment; Basic computer knowledge; Must be comfortable sitting, standing and/or walking for long periods of time; Professional demeanor; Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements; Qualifications • 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred, • High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required, • Strong skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair, • Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting abilities, • Proficiency in electronic diagnostic tools and basic computer systems, • Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement, • Team player with strong communication skills, • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Apply Today to take your career to the next level with Kuhn Volkswagen!
