Overview: The Complex Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for effectively and proactively identifying, soliciting, and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Lead the delivery of exceptional culinary and beverage experiences for guests, • Foster a positive and collaborative environment, maintaining enthusiasm and celebrating success, • Provide hands-on leadership, development, and motivation to ensure high-quality service, • Identify areas for improvement in guest satisfaction and support corrective action plans, • Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance, • Meet and/or exceed financial obligations and profitability through overseeing and actively participating in sales, labor productivity, cost control, and effective purchasing including anticipating revenue/cost problems and managing the timing of discretionary expenditures, • Develop strong relationships with vendors and fosters community engagement, • Monitor adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies, • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a premium food and beverage operation, • Experience with restaurant openings, hiring, training, and maintaining operational excellence, • Knowledge of finance, HR, procurement, and operations, • Proven conflict resolution and service recovery skills, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, leadership experience, and interpersonal skills, • Familiar with sanitation procedures, as well as standard food and beverage equipment maintenance.
