Overview: The Complex Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for effectively and proactively identifying, soliciting, and becoming familiar with all accounts in his/her market segments. Job Description Food and Beverage Manager - JdV by Hyatt Brooklyn Start Your Journey with Midas Hospitality: The Food & Beverage Manager (F&B Manager) drives operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across all food, beverage, and experiential outlets on property. This hands‑on leader mentors front‑of‑house and back-of-house associates, partners with culinary leads and the bar team, and ensures every aspect of service, staffing, inventory, technology, and compliance aligns with Hyatt standards, NYC regulations, and property goals.
