As a Dispatcher/Scheduler, you will coordinate daily service schedules, keep homeowners and builders informed, and ensure technicians have the information and materials they need to succeed. You will help solve scheduling challenges before they become problems and play a key role in keeping operations organized and efficient. If you thrive on communication, organization, and taking ownership, this is a role where you will see the difference you make every day. You Will be Trusted To: • Coordinate daily and weekly service schedules and routes in ServiceTitan, • Confirm site readiness and materials availability to keep jobs moving forward, • Maintain accurate tickets, notes, and customer updates while providing clear ETAs, • Coordinate closely with warehouse and field teams to support smooth operations, • Communicate proactively with customers, builders, and technicians, • 1 to 2 years of dispatch or scheduling experience, • Strong phone presence and customer communication skills, • Proficiency with dispatch software, data tracking, and collaboration tools, • Ability to stay calm under pressure while remaining highly organized and detail oriented, • Strong problem solving skills and a team oriented mindset, • Experience with ServiceTitan, Excel or Google Sheets, Outlook, and Teams, • Bilingual in English and Spanish, • Prior dispatch experience in garage doors or related trades such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing, • Knowledge of garage door systems or field service environments, • Competitive pay, • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) with company match, • Opportunities for growth through training, mentorship, and career development, • Life and disability insurance for added peace of mind Jacobs Overhead Door is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
