The ideal candidate has strong experience working with industrial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and facility equipment, and is comfortable performing preventive and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced setting. Role Overview: The Freezer Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe movement, storage, and staging of frozen goods in a temperature-controlled freezer warehouse. This role requires operating forklifts and material-handling equipment while maintaining strict adherence to FIFO procedures, food safety standards, and inventory accuracy. This position is based entirely in the freezer, where temperatures can drop below 0F, and requires individuals who are comfortable working in extremely cold conditions for most of the shift. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse or cold storage operations. This role requires candidates who are comfortable working their entire shift inside a freezer environment and are flexible to work overtime, extended hours, or weekends as needed to support operational demands.
