Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation or baking within a food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic cash handling skills and familiarity with retail math concepts. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
