Role Description This is a full-time on-site Non-Union role for a Building Superintendent in Commercial Office Buildings located in New York, NY. The Building Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily building operations, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring the proper functioning of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for two buildings totaling 400 Sq. Ft.. Additional duties include performing inspections, conducting repairs and maintenance on carpentry and plumbing systems, and ensuring the overall safety and cleanliness of the property.
