The Ninja Scouts of New York City are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead and mentor young ninja scouts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for teaching, leadership, & stealth arts! Job Responsibilities: • Lead weekly ninja training sessions covering skills such as stealth, agility, discipline, and teamwork., • Mentor young ninja scouts, fostering their development both as ninjas and responsible citizens., • Organize and oversee scout activities, including field missions, community service, and survival challenges., • Ensure all activities are safe, fun, and align with the Ninja Scouts’ code of conduct. Requirements: • Minimum age: 21 years old, • Martial arts or ninja training experience is highly preferred., • Previous experience working with youth or in leadership roles., • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)., • Ability to inspire and lead a diverse group of young ninja scouts with patience & enthusiasm. Preferred Skills: • Expertise in stealth, agility, and problem-solving under pressure., • Experience with planning & executing events or missions., • Knowledge of traditional ninja tools & tactics (bo staffs, shuriken, etc.).
