JOB SUMMARY As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation. Jointly you will be responsible for adhering to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, cleaning, and compliance structures. You are expected to have a full overview of the store and lead your team members when your Store Manager is not present ensuring efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products. Based in New York City, this role will report into the Senior Manager, Tax, in Copenhagen. The Manager of Tax will be a key member of the tax team, responsible for the day-to-day operations, including the accuracy and timeliness of compliance and tax reporting matters. This position will support direct and indirect tax compliance and tax accounting matters for Joe & The Juice's US and global operations. The role will partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to support them with all tax related matters. The role interfaces with partners across the organization, including the Accounting, Treasury, HR, Finance, Real estate & Growth and Legal teams to optimize existing processes, solve business challenges, design new workflows, and implement new technology solutions to drive efficient and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for strengthening relationships with third party advisors. You will be a critical member in the development of an adaptive Tax department that continues to scale to support Joe & The Juice's growth goals. Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience. Proven experience managing a team of 2 or more employees. Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or boutique retail preferred. Permanent jewelry welding experience required. Strong sales ability with a proven record of meeting or exceeding goals. Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Completes Medication Error Report when needed., • Ensures home, grounds, yard and van are maintained in clean, safe, and sanitary condition., • Ensures meals are prepared and planned based on clients’ individual diet, client input, and the planned menu for the month., • Ensures that the Recreation Calendar is carried out as per client input and as per the planned calendar completed each month., • Responsible for competing all required documentation to include but not limited to, daily logs, communication logs, and behavior reports., • Ensures line of sight for the individual(s) being supported is maintained and completes reports accordingly., • Responsible for adequately and completely cleaning the home during any shift worked., • Ensures that a client’s dignity is not compromised in any way., • Responsible for reporting all emergencies or unusual incidents to direct supervisor., • Cooperates with the licensee and Department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation.
