Position Summary: The Clinical Supervisor of the Wellness Center is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Arc Westchester’s Article 16 Clinic, and its clinical programs and staff. Reporting directly to the Assistant Executive Director of Community Innovations, the Clinical Supervisor provides leadership for and direct oversight of the array of clinical services and supports provided to individuals with disabilities and their families including PT, OT, SLP, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, and evaluations. The Manager may also conduct psychosocial assessments and provide on-going clinical services, within the scope of their license, to individuals with IDD. The Clinical Supervisor collaborates closely with the Treatment Coordinator and Medical Director to deliver a smooth and efficient referral and intake process and ensure the Wellness Center operates in full compliance with agency and regulatory requirements.
