Job Description The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the execution of the overall talent acquisition strategy established by the CHRO. This individual will provide strategic input, evolve processes, and drive innovation to ensure the strategy is fully operationalized and achieving its goals. This role is ideal for someone who started their career as a recruiter, understands the art and science of sourcing talent, and has evolved into a strong people leader who can build, mentor, and elevate a recruiting team. Key Responsibilities Strategy Execution & Enhancement • Execute the enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategy designed by the CHRO, ensuring consistent deployment across all six subsidiaries under the TriplePoint umbrella., • Provide data-driven insights, market intelligence, and creative recommendations to refine and enhance the overall strategy as business needs evolve., • Translate high-level goals into executable recruiting plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes., • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers to deliver exceptional hiring results., • Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement grounded in Polk’s servant leadership philosophy., • Foster professional development and ensure the team is equipped with tools, resources, and training to recruit effectively across business units., • Partner with business unit leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce plans and ensure alignment with organizational growth targets., • Oversee day-to-day recruiting delivery for all subsidiaries: intake meetings, sourcing strategies, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, and offer processes., • Drive executional excellence in all recruiting operations—timely communication, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction., • Champion innovative, non-traditional sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards: community engagement, social media, networking, niche talent pipelines, and passive candidate cultivation., • Build internal mobility and referral programs that strengthen our employer brand and reduce reliance on external agencies., • Act as the executional bridge between the CHRO’s strategic vision and the day-to-day recruiting needs of business leaders., • Partner with subsidiary presidents, VPs, and hiring managers to ensure recruiting priorities are aligned and expectations are met., • Maintain clear, consistent communication with HR, Operations, and Finance leaders on progress, metrics, and upcoming hiring needs., • 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, beginning as a recruiter and advancing into leadership roles., • 5+ years leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams; proven ability to scale operations during periods of growth., • Strong track record of executing enterprise-level hiring initiatives, ideally across multiple business units or subsidiaries., • Expertise in creative sourcing, talent pipelining, and high-volume hiring within technical or industrial environments (construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades preferred)., • Deep understanding of recruiting metrics and ability to use data to evaluate and enhance effectiveness., • Skilled in ATS/CRM optimization, workflow design, and process improvement., • Exceptional communication and influencing skills; proven ability to collaborate across departments and leadership levels., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, • Successful deployment of the CHRO-defined Talent Acquisition strategy across all subsidiaries., • Fully operational internal recruiting agency model with clear processes, SLAs, and reporting., • Measurable improvement in key recruiting KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, hiring manager satisfaction., • Strengthened recruiter capability through coaching, development plans, and new sourcing methods., • Introduction of at least two new creative sourcing or pipeline initiatives that reduce dependency on external agencies., • Servant Leadership: Models humility, empathy, and empowerment while holding high standards., • Execution Excellence: Translates strategy into tangible results through disciplined project management., • Collaboration: Partners effectively across HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership., • Innovation: Continuously seeks out creative solutions and modern sourcing methods., • Business Acumen: Understands how recruiting drives revenue, productivity, and culture., • Data-Driven Mindset: Uses metrics to measure, analyze, and improve outcomes., • Work directly with an empowering CHRO who champions innovation, people-first culture, and your professional growth., • Build and lead a team that serves multiple high-performing subsidiaries with the autonomy to make an impact., • Opportunity to create lasting systems, structure, and recruiting excellence that fuel TriplePoint’s continued success.
