You will impact the company's operations and organization by providing exceptional customer service to our customers, vendors, and coworkers. Monday-Friday Competitive Benefits Package • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision), • PTO program and paid holidays, • 401K with employer match Opportunities for Growth Daily Tasks: • Responsible for supporting customers, outside sales, internal operations, and suppliers in all aspects of the pre-sale and post-sale processes., • Receive and process purchase orders., • Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details., • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information., • Maintain and update sales and customer records., • Obtain ship dates from vendors and expediting orders., • Prepare submittal packages in conjunction with the lighting project manager, • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. Job DescriptionThe Personal Trainer is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service and Private Training. Coaches are responsible for the successful attainment of revenue goals pertaining to Private Training and Supplements. This position requires a minimum of one day on the weekend.
