Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics. Familiarity with machinery control systems and parts such as photoelectric eye sensors Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency. High school diploma or GED required; Technical school certification or associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology preferred. Experience Preferred. Experience using CMMS systems (e.g., eMaint, Fiix, or similar). Familiarity with OSHA, GMP, and FDA manufacturing environments. Basic fabrication skills (welding, machining) a plus.

Position Summary: As a Certified Arborist or experienced Tree Specialist, you'll lead tree care operations — from pruning and removal to diagnosis and treatment.
