Job Description Manifest Solutions is currently seeking an IT Procurement Analyst for a hybrid position in Hicksville, NY, Bethpage, NY or Melville, NY. • Ensure continuity of supply for key contracted materials and services, both during regular operations and outages., • Manage complex projects and commercial negotiations for IT and telecommunications projects, including software as a service (SaaS) contracts., • Oversee contract management and administration, which includes:, • Managing change orders, claims, and back charges., • Asserting warranty claims., • Developing methods to assess contractor performance., • Implementing processes to protect and preserve the Company's contractual rights., • For new contracts, plan and develop innovative contracting strategies and solutions, coordinating with internal clients to assess contractor qualifications via RFPs or other evaluation methods., • Lead commercial negotiations and provide contract management support across the IT organization., • Source and manage additional contract management professionals as required. Required: • • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field., • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sourcing for large capital procurement projects; or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience, with at least 6 years focused on sourcing for large capital procurement projects., • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written., • Understanding of project management and scheduling. Desired: • Excellent negotiation skills., • Experience with SAP, Ariba, IronClad and e-sourcing applications., • Over 5 years of IT and telecommunications contract management experience., • Graduate degree in business or law., • Certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)., • Supplier diversity experience and/or certification (e.g., CPSD)., • Lean Six Sigma or similar business process optimization experience., • Project management experience and/or certification (e.g., PMP)., • Ability to assess contractual risk, implement risk management strategies, and monitor cost and change, ensuring performance-based payment measures are in place.
