Position Summary As a member of the Site Project Management Office (PMO), the Project Manager will be responsible for leading client facing projects. The role will also create and maintain project metrics, dashboards, and reports. Duties & Responsibilities • Lead the planning and execution of client facing projects as project manager., • Lead all project activities and meetings (including client facing, internal coordination and third party vendor meetings). Lead client kickoff meetings, process and analytical technical transfers, frequent routine project team meetings with the client, and sub-team meetings as required., • Participate in client visits and audits as needed, and coordinate activities for client Person-in-Plant (PIP) visits to Syracuse site., • Develop, maintain and communicate project timelines, project documentation repositories, risk logs and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards., • Develop and drive detailed plans, identifying critical path activities and timing while meeting strategic intent and achieving key milestones., • Partner with the business development team for finance and invoicing activities, and new opportunities for existing clients. Understand the needs of the client for additional work that was not included in the defined scope of work, and create and execute project change orders with the appropriate pricing and timeline., • Define project team and communicate project resource requirements., • Manage resources to attain project deliverables and coordinate project communication for all stakeholders., • Proactively identify, facilitate resolution, and escalate issues related to all aspects of client facing projects., • Ensure problem solving and decision-making processes are in place to address major project risks and issues. Identify, document, resolve, communicate, and/or escalate risks and issues to senior leadership when appropriate., • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage expectations., • Drive consistency and continuous improvement with project management tools and templates in line with PMO best practices and project management fundamentals while focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and budget., • Develop project communications strategy, approach, and plan. Provide routine project updates at designated forums., • As required and agreed to, aid other site functions for non-client related project activities., • B.S. in engineering, science, or technical discipline., • Minimum of 5 years experience in a pharmaceutical GXP environment., • Prior experience in Project Management / Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable., • Prior experience in a business environment/ knowledge of business principles (sales, pricing, proposals, contracts) and Customer Relationship management is desirable, • Demonstrated experience of managing deliverables and milestones: on time/within budget while meeting business needs. Job Description Coates Field Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced Right of Way Project Manager for electric transmission projects in Syracuse, NY. The right candidate will have advanced technical proficiencies and experience working with project databases. Job Description Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is a leading provider of worksite wellness screenings and vaccination clinics across the continental United States. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with offices in Syracuse, NY and Milwaukee, WI; IH21 partners with employers and insurance companies to customize health and wellness events with the goal of improving health and wellness of their employees and insured. We are searching for phlebotomists experienced with corporate wellness programs. This is a PRN, as-needed position and our events typically take place during business hours on weekdays. PURPOSE OF POSITION: To perform health risk screening assessments and to provide counseling on health risk screening results at Employee Health Screening Events. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greet participants and provide instructions to complete the screening process as necessary., • Obtain measurement of height utilizing stadiometer; measurement of weight utilizing a scale., • Assessment of resting blood pressure using a manual blood pressure cuff., • Perform a finger stick to obtain blood and operate the Cholestech LDX/Cardiocheck equipment with accuracy and limited equipment waste or error., • Assessment of lipid panel and glucose values resulting from Cholestech LDX/Cardiocheck testing., • Ability to properly perform venipuncture blood draws within two attempts when required., • Accurately record participant screening data either on paper or in electronic tablet., • Perform basic data entry into database program utilizing an electronic tablet., • Assist in troubleshooting of screening issues as needed., • Assist in setting up and breakdown biometric screening equipment., • Assist in transport of equipment to and from testing location and office which may require using stairs and/or flights of stairs., • Respond and assist to medical emergency situations, such as fainting, hypoglycemia, seizure, syncope, cardiac arrest. Must be able to assist participant to the floor and provide medical care up to and including CPR.
