Founded in 2022, we are known for providing the highest quality of care to an ethnically and culturally diverse population of adolescents and adults. We are seeking a fee-for-service clinician looking to grow in the field of mental health and treat varying mental disorders. Our clients are high-functioning individuals struggling with life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and relationship issues. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, looking to grow with the practice, and aspires to become a long-term employee. Info: $50-$75 fee for service rate (based on experience) Regular weekly/biweekly/monthly clinical supervision per month Bonus Compensation Create your own schedule Fully remote Potential for growth after 1-2 years Referral bonus $200 Qualifications and skills: Organized, self-motivated, empathetic individual Experience in adult individual psychotherapy Experience in group therapy Experience in couples and family work is a plus Specialization in Adolescent Therapy is a plus Trauma informed CBT trained (optional) Clinicians with specialties such as EMDR, DBT, and MBCT will be given priority Licensed LCSW, LMHC, LMSW or PsyD in New York Understands HIPAA compliance Knowledgeable about best treatment practices Understands how to work with high functioning individuals Cultural competence is a priority. Sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Computer literacy is needed to manage clients via email follow-ups and online calendars Job Responsibilities: Individual, group, and couples’ psychotherapy for adults and/or adolescents Maintain caseload notes and correspondence. Stay up to date with treatment plans/discharges. Work location: Fully remote. Pay: $45-60 Fee for service position Schedule: Flexible hours/days.     We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to join our pharmacy team. In this role, you will provide exceptional pharmaceutical care, ensure accurate medication dispensing, and support positive patient outcomes through clinical expertise and compassionate service. The Staff Pharmacist works collaboratively with pharmacy technicians, healthcare providers, and patients to promote medication safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality healthcare delivery. Responsibilities • Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations., • Provide medication counseling and education to patients regarding proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions., • Perform medication therapy reviews and assist in optimizing therapeutic outcomes., • Prepare and compound medications as required, utilizing proper aseptic technique and established pharmacy procedures., • Assist with the preparation and verification of IV medications and infusions when applicable., • Conduct patient assessments related to medication therapy and collaborate with healthcare providers regarding treatment recommendations., • Utilize pharmacy software and EMR/EHR systems for prescription processing, documentation, and medication reconciliation., • Support immunization services and medication administration activities in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies., • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times., • Monitor for potential drug interactions, contraindications, and adverse drug events., • Assist with inventory management activities, including medication ordering, storage, and monitoring for expired products., • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements., • Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care., • Participate in quality assurance and medication safety initiatives., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment. Qualifications • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited college or school of pharmacy., • Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state., • Strong knowledge of pharmacy practice, pharmacology, medication therapy management, and patient counseling., • Experience in LTC, retail, hospital, specialty, or institutional pharmacy settings preferred., • Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pharmacotherapy principles., • Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and EMR/EHR platforms., • Experience with medication compounding and aseptic technique preferred., • Familiarity with immunization administration and medication therapy management services., • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and pharmacy compliance requirements., • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to patient safety., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or specialty pharmacy., • Experience with IV preparation and sterile compounding., • Immunization certification., • Board certification or advanced clinical training is a plus.
