An exceptional opportunity exists for a seasoned and highly experienced Arbor Division Manager to lead the Arbor Division. This leadership role is designed for a strategic, results-oriented, and ISA Certified Arborist with a deep understanding of the Los Angeles County and the surrounding geographical area. In this role, you will be responsible for scouting and connecting with potential clients, aiming to open new accounts while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers. This individual will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering a positive safety culture, and ensuring the continued growth and profitability of the division. Requirements: Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring consistent communication, client satisfaction, and repeat business., • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals., • Actively generate new business leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and targeted outreach., • Conduct on-site consultations with potential and existing clients to assess their tree and shrub care needs., • Prepare and present detailed proposals, effectively communicating the value and scope of our services., • Identify new sales opportunities and proactively pursue leads within the territory., • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions, including tree care services, plant health care, and consulting offerings., • Collaborate with operations and arborist teams to ensure seamless delivery of services., • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote company services., • Maintain CRM data and provide regular sales reports to management., • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity., • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond., • Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a field-based role., • Arboriculture industry experience highly preferred., • ISA Arborist Certification or Arborist License is a plus, but not required., • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively., • Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools., • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory., • Competitive salary, and performance-based bonuses., • Opportunities for career advancement., • Ongoing training and development., • A supportive and collaborative work environment., • Standing periodically throughout the day, • Sitting and standing as needed, • Walking as needed in order to meet with clients at various locations, • Repetitive motion, Keyboard data entry, telephone use, driving a vehicle, • Visually able to read, view computer monitors with or without corrective devices, • Auditory, able to hear and speak on the phone as required to meet job expectations.
