Job Description The selected individual will focus on developing strategic sponsorship sales to generate and drive revenue for our client. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Secure multiyear/multimillion-dollar sponsorships for our client, • Work w/ our client to identify possible sponsorship collateral and assets, • Contribute to the revenue development and overall growth of the business, expanding existing partnerships and identifying new relationships, • Craft specific partner packages/decks, • Leverage knowledge/relationships w/ brands and sponsorship agencies, • Building, refining, updating, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects, • Maintain a consistent pulse on cultural landscape (music, art, film, fashion, culinary); understand what is relevant, trending, and next, • Minimum of 10 years in sponsorship sales/marketing experience preferably with an entertainment venue or sports team, • Personal relationships/contacts with C-level executives at top companies, • Strong knowledge of sponsorship sales, marketing and corporate community strategies, • Well-versed and experienced in ad sales, prospecting, pursuing, and developing new sponsorship partnerships. BA degree in Business or Marketing, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; easily adapts to digital team/project management software and systems.
