We're seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. Your responsibilities include servicing client accounts, answering questions, and providing personalized insurance solutions. You must be able to multi-task and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to help others. No insurance experience? No problem! Are you a patient, results-oriented individual who is passionate about customer service and eager to learn about the insurance industry? We will provide the necessary training and support to develop a strong understanding of insurance products and policies. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years in customer service, such as luxury retail sales, hospitality, or business support services (telephone call centers, business service centers, collection agencies), and banking. You will need to possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and work well in a team environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry. Unlicensed Entry-level position: $29,120 per year ($14 per hour) to start. A wage increase to $39,520 per year ($19 per hour) once milestones have been met within the first 90 days of employment. Plus bonuses for each scheduled Life Insurance appointment and commission and bonus opportunities. We offer the opportunity for you to study for your Property and Casualty License while working. Benefits Annual Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base., • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments, • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products., • Assist clients in navigating their insurance policies and answering any questions they may have., • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions., • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make changes to policies, claim handling, and endorsements., • Property and Casualty License required. A license is not required to apply. We will pay 100% for licensing., • 1+ years of customer-facing service experience (e.g.: luxury retail sales, hospitality, and banking). Insurance experience is a BONUS., • Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills., • Showcases advanced technical and cognitive capabilities to ensure precision and accuracy in tasks., • Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup., • Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication., • Tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations with empathy., • Possess active listening skills and an open mind to comprehend information.
