This role is the first contact for customers and vendors and will direct communications to the proper person as well as support the field staff. Day-to-day assignments will vary, and our Project Coordinator must be able to prioritize needs to ensure the office is running smoothly, following company processes, and communicating with the corporate office. JOBDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Be the initial contact for Customer and Vendors., • Receive and coordinate service call requests., • Work order management for service team, • Coordination of shipping for operational staff, • On-site Inventory reconciliation, • Billing of customer invoices, quoted time and material., • Approve and prepare A/P for home office., • Facilitate information for Account Managers, Project Managers, and research, when necessary., • Service and construction contract creation billing., • Prepare various reports as requested., • Creation and maintenance of customer-related files., • Assist and train technicians with time entry and other reporting requirements., • Assist Project Managers with closeout documents/warranty letters., • Booking of Service and Construction Projects., • Other duties as assigned. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 2-4 years experience in an accounting department, • Personable with excellent customer service, • Able to communicate effectively with employees of all levels, • Analytic and detail-oriented, • Proficient skill level with Microsoft Excel, • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, and Outlook, • Experience working in the HVAC Industry, • Experience working in the skilled labor service industry Powers requires pre-employment background checks and drug screenings. This person must be flexible when tasks are assigned, and adjustments must be made in order to lessen the disruption of our patients' schedules and routines. Salary: $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities: • Cuts grass, weeds, trees, shrubs, and brush; cleans culverts, drains and ditches; moves, assists with digging post holes and ditches, loads and unloads materials, supplies and equipment; hauls or carries sand, lumber, asphalt and cement or other materials; occasionally operates forklift or tractor., • Perform preventative maintenance on all vehicles including buses and golf carts., • Assist in routine repair, installation, and preventative maintenance of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and all other systems at an apprentice level., • Assist in general maintenance and repair of building and grounds to include but not limited to: moving, loading and unloading materials, supplies, and equipment; picking up materials from suppliers; mixing concrete or mortar; light construction; moving furniture, medical equipment, etc., • Assist in the organization and upkeep of the maintenance shop to include but not limited to: accounting for tools and equipment used; returning tools and equipment to appropriate storage area; sweep shop area; etc., • Demonstrates safety awareness while performing assigned duties by using equipment properly, wearing safety belts if needed, following policy guidelines when lifting and using proper body mechanics.
