Job Description Exothermic Molding Quality Assurance Specialist December 2025 Exothermic Molding, one of the pioneers in Reaction Injection Molding (RIM), was founded in 1972 to provide parts to the medical, electronic, and lab instrument market. The Quality Assurance Specialist is required to perform front line and in-process quality control and inspection functions with responsibility for ensuring compliance with Customer Standards in conjunction with International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). In addition, you will verify quality of inbound materials from vendors, WIP & outbound products to be shipped to customers, ensure all quality check point and procedures are followed during every production phase and amend process to improve quality and product reliability. You will educate and inform production team on quality control issues and work with department managers to improve overall company product quality, perform and document first article inspections throughout process as needed and provide final quality inspection and approval of finished product prior to packing/shipping.
