Job Description Responsibilities: • Creates instructions for machinists, • Reviews 3D CAD design blueprints and shop drawings, • Makes calculations for programming including where materials should be cut, • Translates instructions into a computer automated manufacturing program, • Checks completed programs by running simulations or tests, • Prepares geometric layout of designs using proper software, • Determines sequence of operations in a program, • Chooses cutting tools that will be needed, • Analyzes job order and performs necessary calculations, • Writes programs and modifies existing ones for increased efficiency, • Analyzes and selects speeds and cuttings tools for programs, • Makes improvements to set up times for a task and contouring of complex shapes, • Simplifies tooling times for workers and increases productivity for clients, • Evaluates all completed designs to validate their functions and ensure they successfully reduce time and money for the client, • Monitors all programs to make sure they follow blueprint instructions and safely and successfully complete the task Qualifications: · Experience with 3 and 5 axis CNC mills · Familiarity with WoodWop 7 · Familiarity with both Biesse and Homag/Weeke · Familiarity with the following operating systems: B Solid, Cabinet Vision, Mozaic · Must have superior computer programming skills · Must have excellent reading comprehension skills · Good Math skills, especially algebra, trigonometry and physics · Must have good problem solving skills · Must have excellent time management skills · Must have good organizational and planning skills · Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills · Must be mechanically inclined · Strong Attention to detail · Must have the ability to write and read complex spreadsheets · Must have the ability to read blueprints · Capable of standing for extended periods of time · Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for short periods of time · Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

Job Description Staff Management Group is seeking an Industrial Machine Mechanic for our client in East Rutherford, NJ. Schedule: • 1st Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM, • Monday - Friday, • Some weekends, • Plus overtime Pay Rate: • $28 - $30 / hour Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machine Mechanic to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, the ability to work with fluid systems, and experience dismantling and rebuilding equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and available to work overtime when needed.
