    Locale Palette is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to help manage furnished rentals in Philadelphia. This flexible part-time role (<20 hrs) is ideal for freelancers or remote workers who can schedule tasks around their availability. Each task on each day takes around 30 min to 2hrs to complete. Responsibilities: • Manage property-related tasks. • Oversee inventory management, perform light repairs/maintenance, and coordinate professional repair services. • Supervise cleaning services to ensure properties meet high-quality standards. • Provide basic customer service to guests or tenants as needed. • Respond promptly to on-call requests (rare, about once per month). Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in property management, construction, or customer service (hotels, retail, real estate, etc.). • Dependable, organized, and responsive, with strong communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. • Available for scheduled tasks (mostly between 1–4 PM). • Must live within 30 minutes of Northern Liberties (via car or public transportation).     We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Dry Van Team Drivers to join our growing transportation team. As a Dry Van Team Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials in a safe and timely manner.
