Thorough understanding of the cleaning requirement for the newly installed finished products and equipment., • Minimum high school education or equivalent, • Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or other related fields or ability to acquire them., • Proven experience (7-10 years) in a supervisory role within property management, with a focus on residential properties., • Strong technical skills in HVAC systems, plumbing, heating, boilers, BMS, water tower, electrical switch gear, elevator, fire protection, security system and general maintenance., • Ability to effectively supervise and lead a team, fostering a positive work environment, • Proficiency in using property management software for service requests and maintenance tracking., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure., • Availability for on-call and emergency situations as required.
