Key Responsibilities: • Performing maintenance and repairs on generators in the shop, • Conducting diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine appropriate repairs, • Replacing faulty parts and components, ensuring proper installation and adjustment, • Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on generators, • Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Previous experience as a generator technician or similar role, • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot generator issues, • Knowledge of generator safety protocols, • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision), • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA), • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D), • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
