Job Overview: The Director of HR at NBI serves as a strategic partner and provides operational and consultative human resources services for assigned client groups. The Director of HR Operations has immediate oversight of employee development, employee engagement, and employee relations operations delivered to service line clients and serves as a lead change agent and influencer in establishing and/or enhancing and influencing organizational culture. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Associate Director will manage and coordinate mental health services and programs, aiming to provide the highest quality of care to children and families in need. Responsible for the implementation of behavioral support services to assist the development of children's behavior and social/emotional skills. Manages and provides support functions for the Behavior & Inclusion Team, Education Director, Health and Nutrition Director, EHS Associate Director, and Chief Program Officer. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Administers, scores, and interprets behavior screenings completed by parents upon child's enrollment in program. Records and maintains confidential mental health records and maintains documentation in ChildPlus.net for each child and monitors for follow-up;, • If behavior concerns are identified through the use of the initial screening tool, request a behavioral screening from the child's teacher and review results;, • Conducts classroom observations. The Driver will provide transportation services for residents of the Millicent Fenwick House re-entry program, ensuring safe and timely travel to various destinations such as appointments, job interviews, and community services. This role involves maintaining the program vehicle, adhering to schedules, and supporting residents' successful reintegration into the community in addition to ensuring the security of the residence and residents while following establish protocols and procedures approved by NJAC and the NJ Department of Corrections. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following: • Responsible for providing transportation and escorting clients to and from medical appointments, interviews, employment sites and other approved destinations as necessary, • Implement appropriate security procedures in the facility and vehicles.
