Assist the facility nurse and psychologist with providing medical services to the Individuals:  Aid the nurse and psychologist in the coordination of medical appointments i.e. audiology, dentistry, neurology, ophthalmology, physical examinations, Laboratory work, psychiatry, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and any other clinical services as per the Individual’s needs.  Schedule and attend clinic appointments; communicate results to the nurse, psychologist and/or residence manager including but not limited to any medication changes, need for consents, need for specimens; post follow-up appointments on the clinic calendar in the facility.  Serve as the liaison between the nurse, psychologist, residence manager or assistant manager.  Coordinate scheduling of follow-up appointments and ensure follow-up visits are carried out under the direction of the nurse.
